Nice secluded forested tract minutes from the Stinking Creek exit on I-75. There are perennial and intermittant creeks located on the tract some of which will be suitable for pond sites. The tract was partially harvested about thirty years ago and the forest now contains a two age stand of mixed hardwoods and some Hemlock and White Pine. We have performed an inventory of the timber which attached tables display our estimated volumes of merchantable timber. The tract is close to lands owned by the state of TN which allow ATV riding and several campgrounds have been established within the last couple of years to for that use. The tract is rich with wildlife and Elk are established in this area and likely include this tract as part of their range. This area is known for oil, gas and coal resources and all minerals convey with the sale. A registered survey of the tract has been performed. This is a nice private tract with not many neighbors. A cellphone tower is located near the tract and the tract has excellent cell coverage for such a remote location.
